The Chairman of the forum, Justice Ambati Lakshmana Rao said that he has requested the election commission to take necessary action to correct voters list and stop malpractices in electoral process with the help of NGOs and civil society organizations.
Mr Rao also claimed that due to huge irregularities that took place in voters list, many people did not exercise their franchise during the by-election in the five assembly constituencies.
Moreover, Mr Rao urged the civil society organization to give pressure to political parties not to distribute money and liquor to influence the voters.
The elections are critical for the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), to assert that the demand for separate state is still alive.
